Our Story
The Legacy Network Dealer Group (LNDG) is the largest network of vehicle upfit centers in North America. We are comprised of over 200 independent family owned and operated facilities across the USA and Canada. Our membership is made up of industry veterans, the vast majority having multiple decades of experience owning and operating vehicle upfit centers.
What makes the LNDG unique is that each store is not only the owner of their location, but also a part owner of the entire LNDG. This unique ownership structure allows the network to prioritize value and customer service and value. Our goal at LNDG is not to have a location on every street corner like most franchises, but rather to find the finest locations, ensuring you always have a quality upfit location when and where you need us. Whether you are an individual customer or a small to large fleet, Legacy has you covered, offering a friendly face, professional expertise, well-equipped facilities, expert knowledge, well trained technicians, and great value on the things you need most. As our customer, you deserve the best.
What truly sets the LNDG apart from other networks is that it's a dealer owned Co-Op designed to empower each dealer to buy better, operate better, and network better through the group's large buying power. The dealers themselves own this network, removing any possibility of Private Equity, corporate buyouts, and franchise greed that can be devastating to small businesses, the franchisees and their families. In essence, all Legacy profits go directly back to its dealer network, enabling them to better serve you, their long-term customer.

AAFD is dedicated to promoting and protecting the interests of franchised dealerships through advocacy, education, and collaboration, along with supporting small business coops like the LNDG.
